    • Refunds will not be provided once the portfolio page has been successfully generated and live on our website.
  2. How to Request a Refund:
    • Users must submit a refund request via email to help@mymedium.info.
    • The refund request must include the Medium username, email ID used for submission, and the reason for the refund request.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the submission of the Medium username and email ID.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Once a refund request is received and deemed eligible, it will be processed within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • Users will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
