may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have outlined

- Refunds will only be provided if the portfolio page cannot be generated
within the specified timeframe of 24 hours after submission of the
Medium username and email ID.
- Refunds will not be provided once the portfolio page has been successfully
generated and live on our website.
- How to Request a Refund:
- Users must submit a refund request via email to help@mymedium.info.
- The refund request must include the Medium username, email ID used for
submission, and the reason for the refund request.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the submission of
the Medium username and email ID.
- Refund Process:
- Once a refund request is received and deemed eligible, it will be
processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Users will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
